Hey there, I'm Tim - I'm an experienced design leader working in the UK public sector.
I’ve built diverse design teams, led successful agile projects and designed multiple award winning websites.
I'm interested in how design relates to systems, services, standards, training, technology and accessibility.
I'm currently the Head of Interaction Design at the Government Digital Service.

Education #
I've been designing public services for 20+ years now but my original background is in Artificial Intelligence.
I studied Linguistics & AI at Edinburgh University, focusing on Natural Language Processing.
